Invictus Athlete and Coach, Holden Rethwill is headed to the 2017 CrossFit Games for the first time as an individual.

When Julian Alcarez turned down his spot to the CrossFit Games, due to his future son being due close to the time of the Games, an additional qualifying spot opened up. Holden (Wesley) was the grateful and fortunate recipient of that last qualifying spot.

Holden competed with Team Invictus in the 2016 CrossFit Games and has been a part of the coaching staff at Invictus for almost two years.
