The Salvation Army of Greater Charlotte is providing gifts to thousands of children in need this holiday season through its annual Angel Tree program. The program is funded by donors who adopt children and purchase gifts for them, as well as by the Empty Stocking Fund, which is sponsored by the Charlotte Observer.
