Is this EXPENSIVE ? FISH and CHIPS in SWANAGE in WINTER

Today I head to Swanage. It's out of season in January, ad many of the seaside food outlets are closed until springtime.

I do find some places open, and order small cod, chips and mushy peas. But the price leaves me a little taken aback, can it be justified? just feels a bit pricey!
