The bulk of the talking is done at the start of the video, so I'll just leave some extra details here:

Since I'll probably get a number of comments asking why I didn't start at OS X 10.0, please consider reading the intro of the video.

In order to install Sierra and later, the CPU needs to be upgraded to a Core 2 Duo T9300. The AirPort card needed is a Broadcom BCM94322MC.

To patch the 10.5 and 10.6 installers after upgrading the CPU:

1. Write the installer DVD to a flash drive (can be done using Disk Utility)
2. On the installer drive, open /System/Installation/Packages/ and copy OSInstall.mpkg to the desktop
3. Open a terminal and cd to the Desktop, and run xar -x -f OSInstall.mpkg
4. Create a new folder and move the newly created Distribution file and Resources folder to it
5. Open "Distribution" with a text editor, and on the check for cpufreq (should have a number like 867 followed by a lot of 0's), make it return "true" instead of "false"
6. In the terminal, cd to the new folder, and run xar -c -f * OSInstall.mpkg
7. Move the newly created OSInstall.mpkg to /System/Installation/Packages on the installer flash drive. Overwrite it when it asks.
8. The installer should now work without preventing installation.
