Quiet World has been my favorite album of all time for several years, but the one complaint I've always had about it has been the mix. For its 10 year anniversary they released the multi-tracks for the album, so I took it upon myself to remix/remaster the album and give it the mix that I believe it deserved.

On top of being a tremendous feat to mix, the multi-tracks provided also had some issues. The vocoder track for "Come Hell or High Water" was not included, so I had to use a stem splitter to extract the vocoder stem from the original mix of the song and do my best to make it sit right in my mix. Also, the tempo map given (and drum midi) for Chromatic Aberration were not at all lined up with the rest of the tracks for the song, so I had to go through and manually create a tempo and time signature map for the entire song (a 12 minute song with probably hundreds of tempo/time signature changes). The drums were also programmed at mostly all 127 velocity, so I spent a lot of time humanizing the midi files for drums to make them sound more natural, and ran them through GGD libraries to give them a more full and modern sound. In the end I'm very happy with what I ended up with.

This was done entirely of my own volition without the band reaching out to me, purely out of my love for what I consider to be the greatest album of all time. I hope everyone else enjoys too :)
