CARATTERISTICHE FUNZIONALI
Questa macchina esegue la smerigliatura delle suole in cuoio sul lato “fiore”. La lavorazione viene eseguita in un solo passaggio con l’utilizzo di due nastri in tela abrasiva di diversa concentrazione. Tale particolarità permette alla suola di subire due diversi tipi di smerigliatura consecutivi senza l’intervento
dell’operatore. Questa doppia smerigliatura offre la possibilità di utilizzare i più svariati tipi di cuoio inclusi quelli di qualità scadente. Per tanto, in qualsiasi condizione, la finitura che fornisce questa macchina è sempre molto regolare e priva di rigature.
È possibile inserirla in linea con altre macchine.

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
This machine buffs the leather sole on the grain side. The single step buffing utilizes two abrasive cloth belts having different concentrations. This features allows two different types of consecutive sole buffing without intervention from the operator. This double buffing makes it possible to use diverse types of leather, including low quality goods. The finishing
produced by this machine is always extremely regular and free of scoring under any conditions.
It is possible to install it on a line whit other machine.
