Round 8 of the Mideast Racing season visits a brand new track in Laurens SC. This has been one of my favorite tracks I have ever raced. It had great flow and the perfect mix of single track and double track. I haven't ridden in over a month and finally was able to make it to a race. Grabbed what I thought to be a killer start and my first ever holeshot, only to find out that I was black flagged for starting too early. I had to pull over after coming through scoring and take a 30 second penalty. My race went to crap after that and ended up pulling off after the third lap due to some crash injuries.
