Taking on a former TIER 1 team!! - Billings Wolves Dynasty (S2:G6)

This week we are hosting the Stanford Cardinal. They are the team that got relegated last year from the Pac-12 and Tier 1. They play a much different style of offense compared to Boise State and Alaska. Let's see how we match up against a former Tier 1 team.

The Billings Wolves are from Billings, Montana and we are trying to make them into the next powerhouse dynasty starting from Tier 2 of the college football pyramid.

House Rules (to add difficulty to the series in recruiting)
- Only allowed to scout the athlete once (with a max of level 2 scouting)
- No recruiting low-lock cheese players
- Cannot add recruits to our board after week 7
- If a recruit is on our board we have to invest some amount of points into them
- Only allowed to recruit to the number of seniors
- Assistant coaches have a x/8 chance of getting a skill upgrade (depends on head coaches level)
- Head coach upgrades are completely randomized
- Cannot hot route
- Only allowed to field a max of 2 punts
- Team Caliber recruiting restrictions
- Only allowed to recruit one player in our home division (Mountain division)
- Can recruit anybody (up to 2 players) of any star level in Montana and Idaho if we are in their top 3
