One teaspoon of hot sauce (recipe calls for a couple dashes)
Half a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
One teaspoon of seasoning salt
A sprinkle of black pepper
Couple dashes of black pepper
Preparation: Cream together the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream first to avoid clumps (45:46-48:11). Then, add the remaining ingredients and mix well before gently folding in the crab meat (49:30-50:00). Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until bubbly & brown. Let dip sit for 3-5 minutes to thicken. This dish is also great in a crock pot (allow to cook for 2-2.5 hrs). Serve: with crackers, tortilla or pita chips or toasted bread. Yum!
