Every teaching every doctrine every so-called move of God that that people put out there has to be tested against the Word of God This is the standard It's not just test it to see if it sounds good to you It's test it against the objective standard of Scripture You will be deceived if you base your discernment on how you think about a certain topic It may not always be a a big grand lie that you've believed It might just be some small piece of truth but still I mean when I'm you know having a a brownie I like to know that it's all chocolate all the way through and that there's no specks of dirt or mud or anything else in that cho- just a little bit messes up the whole thing We wanna be discerning Testing everything against the Scripture
