A new side-by-side Hypersmooth ON vs. OFF test of GoPro HERO 7 Black Hypersmooth vs. No- hyper smooth on a roller coaster at Busch Gardens Tampa.
Testing lighting as well through tunnels, light/dark, fast transitions from bright to dark, quick stops, slow turns.
You'll see sky-to-ground quick transitions, vibrations, inversions, g-forces, on Kumba at Busch Gardens Tampa. Filmed with a GoPro wrist strap. The best comparison showing what Hypersmooth can do for footage on a ride, and also some of its downfalls. It's quite incredible to see how smooth it can make jerky footage and is perfect for action cameras.

Shaky-ness in the tunnel, lagging in the darkness, and quick movements in the wrong places are some of the things I've noticed as downfalls in Hypersmooth, GoPro Hero 7 Black.

It's a huge downfall for people who want to use it like a Gimbal as it really jerks around. This proves it's really not a replacement for a Gimbal.

In this POV you can also see it sometimes lags behind on the twists and turns, with the camera angled more as it tries to stay level, sometimes giving a whip-like effect.
