Hearing the Voice of God

In this video, I demonstrate the concept of hearing God's voice using her 21-year-old mare, Daisy. I explain how controlling a horse with a bridle and bit relates to how some people only respond to God through pain or discomfort. I then removes the bridle and ride Daisy without any head control, showcasing the horse's willingness to submit and listen to subtle cues. This is compared to a mature Christian's relationship with God, where one listens and obeys without the need for painful intervention. I emphasize the importance of tuning out distractions and focusing entirely on God's guidance, just as Daisy tunes her ears to my commands. The demonstration serves as a powerful metaphor for developing a deeper, more responsive relationship with God based on trust, submission, and attentiveness to His will.
