I go through everything new I have learned about falling asleep and share with you I think the best tip I ever gave....how it's almost impossible to feel worry or anxiety...hey!!! Who knew?!!! I have a heart to heart at the end about a time I was accused of something very sad and how it stuck with me my entire life....and gave me one of the most valuable lessons I ever learned.
