2021 Rugby League ~ Cairns Brothers v Navy Tridents @ Barlow Park 12-6-21

Australian Navy Tridents Rugby League team spent a week in Cairns from the 7-13 June in a training camp. Training at Cairns Brothers grounds, Stan Williams Park using the gym and grounds the Tridents watched local school footy on Wednesday arvo, Brothers Juniors and an oppose session against Brothers Reserve grade team. Two players for the Tridents were very familiar with the grounds former senior player Brendan Whiting and former Junior Alestair Parmenter. Concluding a week of training twice a day, Tridents played a 'friendly' game against Brothers Reserves at Barlow Park in a leadup to ISC game with Northern Pride v Ipswich.
