Today, Dr. Ibrahim talked about staying healthy during Bakra Eid when everyone's pushing you to taste their special dishes. You know how it goes - your sister-in-law made this, your mother made that, and suddenly you've eaten way too much. Dr. Ibrahim gets it.

He shared a simple remedy that saved many of his patients. Take one kilo of fennel seeds and same weight of carom seeds (saunf aur ajwain). Roast them lightly and grind into powder. Keep this mixture ready before Eid starts. After every meal, take half a teaspoon and don't drink water for thirty minutes. This prevents that heavy, bloated feeling when you've overdone it.

Dr. Ibrahim also warned about animals pumped with steroids before Eid. Those unusually large goats? They're often fed chemicals in their final weeks. If you have cancer, fibroids, or high blood pressure, skip the meat entirely. Your health matters more than social pressure.

For swelling anywhere in your body, boil one tablespoon of the fennel-carom mixture in water until it reduces by half. Drink this four times daily. It cools internal inflammation before it becomes serious. Remember to walk after every meal during Eid. Your body needs movement to process all that food properly.
