Fender Does Pine Again! {American Professional II Roasted Pine Stratocaster}

Описание к видео Fender Does Pine Again! {American Professional II Roasted Pine Stratocaster}

Fender guitars have dabbled with pine since their beginnings. Esquires, Teles and Strats have all had their pinewood runs, and the players who have them, love them.
When you hear claims that pine is "too soft" to hold up, those people don't know the history of pine in guitars. We're not talking about the Southern yellow pine in Home Depot 2 X 4s. True pine is harder than hard maple, and red pine is nearly as hard as rosewood! (source - Janka Wood Hardness Scale)
When pine is roasted (or torrified, as some manufacturers call it) it becomes a tough and beautiful guitar wood. No worries in warping, sap leakage, or finish resistance after the roasting process. Gorgeous instruments with a rich tone, and a striking, wide grain pattern. Check this one out!
