GLENTEL was looking to improve the quality of new recruits that they hired into their business. One of their challenges was communicating the fast-paced, exciting and challenging environment to potential new hires. If they could do a better job of targeting the kind of people looking for that kind of environment then they could choose the best candidates from a better pool of recruits. We wrote a script based on the idea of employees telling the audience what it is like to work at GLENTEL. We chose actors that represented the GLENTEL brand had the actors deliver the script to camera as if they were just talking about where they worked. We wrote the script, cast the actors, shot the actors in a studio, and did two days of location video shooting to capture the essence of the GLENTEL environment. As part of the project we produced a French version so we cast French-speaking actors and did some additional location shooting in Montreal.
