EGGLESS CHOCO LAVA CAKE
Preparation time 5 minutes
Cooking time 8-10 minutes on medium flame.
Serve 2-4

Ingredients
For Dry Ingredients
½ cup Refined flour
2 heaped tbsp Cocoa powder
¼ tsp Baking soda
¼ tsp Baking powder

For Wet Ingredients
1 tsp Lemon juice
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Vanilla essence
½ cup Chilled Water
⅓ cup Nestlé MILKMAID

For Dusting Mold
1 tsp Butter, cubed
1 tbsp Refined flour

For Chocolate Sauce
¼ cup Nestlé MILKMAID
¼ cup Dark chocolate
½ tbsp Butter, cubed

Other Ingredients
100 gm Dark chocolate

For Garnish
icing sugar
fresh Mint sprig
Strawberries, cut into half

Process
For Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, add refined flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and give it a good mix.
Keep it aside for further use.

For Wet Ingredients
In a bowl, lemon juice, oil, vanilla essence, chilled water, NESTLE MILKMAID and mix it well.
Keep it aside for further use.

For Dusting Mold
Take any desired mold, grease it with butter and chill it in the freezer for 2-3 minutes..
Dust some refined flour, place it in the freezer and set it aside for further use.

For Choco Lava Cake
Gently add dry ingredients with wet ingredients and mix it well. Do not over mix the batter.
Add 2-3 spoons of batter in a chilled mold, place a cube of dark chocolate and top it up with a spoonful of batter. Keep the filled molds in the freezer for a minute.
Place the molds in a hot steamer and bake it for 8-10 minutes.
Demold the cake and transfer it to a serving dish.
Garnish it with icing sugar, mint leaves and strawberries.
Serve warm
