Composer comments:

Sad guitar music, with that bit of Centennial Festival for Magical Girls motif at the second half on the piano. I was thinking of Steins Gate when making this, specifically the Gate of Steiner/Believe Me track. God that just hits the spot right there, especially when watching the show along with it.
