TitanOne Deadzone/Antideadzone Script | Antideadzones with Small Inputs and Low Resolution

Описание к видео TitanOne Deadzone/Antideadzone Script | Antideadzones with Small Inputs and Low Resolution

The TitanOne has a resolution of -100 to 100. Antideadzones convert small inputs into big inputs but the smaller inputs you make, the more the resolution matters. With small inputs you only have a few values to work with, which have to be expanded to a much larger region.

At the smallest movements shown you have(-1, 0)(left), (0, -1)(up), and (-1, -1)(diagonal). The diagonal is ~40% farther than the cardinals which explains the square shape. Using some deadzone(~3+) helps make sure that there are enough values to avoid that large initial diagonal difference.
