What's happening?

This track is based on the recent leaked panels from the Dragon Ball Super Manga, show casing Roshi Vs Jiren.
As ridiculous as it sounds, according to the Manga and various sources, Roshi supposedly unlocks Ultra Instinct against Jiren and that's how Goku learns it; by watching his former Master in action.

This is ofc a very stupid idea and I just think it's become more comedy then action story telling now as this makes no sense what so ever.

Once the chapter has been released there, hopefully, will be an explanation for this but until then, I thought i'd make this track in honor for the Turtle Hermit at his very best.
