Liver: Normal in size. Hepatic parenchymal echotexture is uniform all over. No focal hyper or hypo-echoic lesion is seen in the liver.
An intrahepatic portion of IVC is normal. The portal vein is normal. Porta-hepatis is normal.
Gall bladder: Normal in size and contour. Wall thickness is within normal limits.
No Evidence of echogenic structures or biliary sludge is seen within the gallbladder. Intrahepatic biliary radicals and common ducts are not dilated.
The internal diameter of CBD and the portal vein are within normal limits.
Pancreas: Is normal in size and shape. Parenchyma shows normal echotexture. The Main Pancreatic duct is not dilated.
Spleen: This is normal in size. It is uniform in echotexture. No focal lesion is seen in the spleen.
Kidneys: Both Kidneys are normal in position, shape, and size—bipolar length the Right kidney is 9.3cm and the Left kidney is 9.8cm.
Cortico-medullary differentiation is normal in both kidneys with normal cortical echogenicity.
Echogenic renal sinuses are normal on both sides. No evidence of hydronephrosis, mass lesion, or calculus is seen on either side. Ureters are not dilated.
Urinary bladder: Normal in outline. No wall thickening was seen. No demonstrable intravesical lesion is seen.
Uterus: Normal in size and anteverted in position. Measuring 8.3 x 4.4 x 5.3 cm. Endometrium: Is normal in thickness (6.9 mm.) Which corresponds to her phase of menstruation.
No GS or product of concept is seen within the endometrium.
Myometrium: Is homogeneous. No focal lesion was seen in the myometrium.
Right Ovary: Enlarge in size, and shows a complex heterogenous mass with peripheral hyperehoic surface, measuring 5.7 x 3.6cm.
Left Ovary: Normal in size, and echogenicity. Measuring Volume 5.4 cc.
Cul-de-Sac: No fluid collection is present in POD.
Feature suggestive of Dermoid cyst Right Ovary.
