Silhouette Cameo 5 Unboxing & First Cuts - What Went Wrong & How to Fix It

What happens when things don't go according to the plan? Roll with it and fix it! I show you how I worked through each issue I encountered in this video.
Things happen to all users, even experienced ones.

Information on firmware updates - prior to the Cameo 5, Curio 2, and Portrait 4 release - Firmware updates required to be connected by a usb cable. This is changing going forward and firmware updates will be able to complete by Bluetooth connection, however, in the current software v4.5.735 that is not working for all users and the fastest way is to plug in by usb cable to complete.
Firmware updates do require an internet connection in order to complete.
