Craft a compelling message: Prospects are time‑poor. Answer three unspoken questions - who you are, why you’re calling and what’s in it for them. State your name, company and a positive attribute; share how you solve a problem they care about, and offer a clear next step.

Provide value: Don’t pitch your product show you understand their challenges and hint at a solution. A great voicemail is another touchpoint that shows you care.

Decide whether to leave a message: Leave a message if you can give them a reason to call back. If you can’t, try another avenue. And remember, each voicemail you leave increases your call back rate.
