Faulty Xbox One Turns On then Off | Can I Fix It?

I paid $45 for a faulty Xbox One on Ebay and attempt to fix it. We've been quite lucky recently and most of the Xbox's I've worked on have been Hard Drive issues. Will this one be the same?
