COMO HACER EL EFECTO NEON CON LÁPICES DE COLORES CON FAIL INCLUIDO | HaroldArtist

Hoy les traigo un video de reto de dibujo. Vamos hacer el Neon Art Challenge, consiste en hacer un dibujo con el efecto de la luz neon y para hacerlo los únicos materiales que vamos a necesitar son lápices de colores, papel negro y un bolígrafo de tinta blanca, como un Posca o bolígrafo de gel. En este video tuve un gran fail, el primer dibujo que hice salió muy mal porque no estaba usando el papel correcto.
