Growing Houseplants in Semi-Hydroponics

Sharing my approach to growing houseplants in semihydro or LECA. I've gotten quite a few requests regarding this topic so I am going to share how I go about growing my plants in LECA. I am not an expert and definitely not saying this is the correct and/or only way to go about it but this is the way that has worked for myself and my plants. Hopefully you guys find this somewhat helpful and answers some of your questions.
