Smoked in a ‪@Masterbuilt‬ Gravity Series 560 smoker with ‪@fireflavorfireclub‬ hardwood lump charcoal and ‪@bearmountainbbq‬ apple wood chunks. Seasoned with ‪@MeatChurchBBQ‬‪@MortonSaltInc‬ and pepper. Smoked for 5 hours, sprayed with ‪@KrogerCo‬ Simple Truth organic apple juice once every hour. Finished with more organic apple juice and a dusting of Head Country High Plains Heat seasoning for a juicy, flavorful bite that's sure to please.
