Daily Prayers: God Is My Source (Proverbs 14:14)
“The backslider in heart will be filled with his own ways, But a good man will be satisfied from above.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭14‬:‭14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

All blessings come from God, through other men, to men.

Recognize God is your source, and that everything else is a resource provided by Him.

“It is better to trust in the Lord Than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the Lord Than to put confidence in princes.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭118‬:‭8‬-‭9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Signs you are making men take the place of God in your life:
You get offended when you expect them to help and they don't.
You allow anxiety to overwhelm you - it indicates you do not trust God.

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;”
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Prayer point #1: Father, forgive me for all the ways I have not acknowledged you as my source in the name of Jesus.

Prayer point #2: Father, I release myself from every anxiety. Help me to trust you more in the name of Jesus!

“Then, as the king of Israel was passing by on the wall, a woman cried out to him, saying, “Help, my Lord, O king!” And he said, “If the Lord does not help you, where can I find help for you? From the threshing floor or from the winepress?””

Prayer point #3: Father, You are my source - satisfy me from above in the name of Jesus!
