In this video I show you how to measure the valve guide/shim height to make sure that it is still within factory specifications. The factory service manual calls out for the difference to be +/- 0.001in or +/- 0.025mm. It's a very tight tolerance to achieve and requires a lot of repeat measurements to ensure you get a correct one.
