Capitalism 2 - Miners Exploiting the 200%

As I mentioned before, the AI have a problem, when their mineral supply ends, they just don't rebuild them, that's the main reason they crash after a while. That is where the miner exploit comes up, by building mines after the exausted ones you can get 100% guaranteed profit.
