"I created the bulk of this track over 3 days. It started with the drum groove in the drop, which is a direct recording off my Volca that I beefed up in Ableton. I was inspired by the vibe right before you want to leave an afterparty, when you're pushing yourself to keep the energy up and have a good time but internally part of you is screaming "get me the fuck out of here" -- that back and forth informed the call-and-response style drop," - Low Poly.
