RECIPE:-

500 gms potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes
3-4 green chillies
1 large tomato
2 tbsp mustard oil
2 bay leaves
2-3 dried red chillies
1 tbsp nigella seed(kala jeera)
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp flour mixed in water
