"Put all our heart into one umbrella"
Komiya Shoten's umbrellas are made by a single craftsman who carries out many of the processes involved in umbrella production. The process begins with the creation of a wooden mold, and the tension of the fabric and the sewing method are adjusted as if in dialogue to create a single umbrella.
The dignified shape, the sound of the handle when opened, the feel of the hand, the sound of the rain on it, and the beautiful shape. The "quality of workmanship" and "comfort" that can be felt because we put our heart into each and every one of our umbrellas.
