Construction team included PHA Chicago VP Eric Barton responsible for air-tight ICF shell, and General Contractor Brandon Weiss of Weiss Building and Development, LLC. This site visit was the August event for PHA Chicago. Barry Stephens of Zehnder America explains the ventilation system for the project.
