Alt-Quen for the win. Quen up whenever the banshee leaps back to avoid the one-two scream-lunge combo; the rest of her repertoire to be evaded with simple attack bends.
On the second phase, at the start of the summoning animation, cover yourself with alt-Quen to prevent stagger and then immediately rush out of the arena to break line of sight - the skeleton gang will automatically despawn a few seconds after. The boss itself is extremely squishy and fairly easy to deal with mechanically, so no potion or oil recommendations here; although you could definitely make use of Superior versions of either Veil or Argentia if you really feel like asserting dominance

Basic Argentia oil (leftover from previous engagements), Apple juice, Corvo Bianco, workbench, grindstone and meditation buffs.
Dire Wolf difficulty, default Redux settings. Stamina mode: Redux - Dynamic. Starting gear, no talents assigned.
