Hello, and welcome to FatherofTwo Plays . . . Pillars of Eternity: Blind

Join Halcyon Rain the Godlike Ranger as he discovers the truth about his origins and uses his newfound abilities to help everyone he can in the world of Eora. I will be playing blind(with no prior knowledge of story arc and characters) and on hard to challenge myself.

Pillars of Eternity is a modern Topdown Isometric RPG done in the CRPG style ie:Baldur’s Gate, Icewind Dale. It is developed by OBSIDIAN ENTERTAINMENT and Published by PARADOX INTERACTIVE.

The world of Eora is plagued by the emergence of the “Hollowborn” phenomenon, where many children upon birth do not have souls. Our protagonist is at awakened as a “Watcher”; a person who can see past lives and interact with souls. We are tasked with the important mission of finding the root of the “Hollowborn” issue. We will meet many friends and foes along the way but as always we will try and leave this world in a better state than we found it.

This game was a kickstarter project and I will be playing a GOG version given to me by a friend.
