"Shorty" is a Lao-American former member of the Chinese-American Fuk Ching gang then later crossed over to the Ghost Shadows gang from NYC'S Chinatown during the 80s and 90s. In this 1st part interview he talks about his homicide case in the 90s, being one of few Asians in prison, and all the rival Asian gangs sticking together in prison.
