Fırında Çıtır Tavuk | KFC ve Popeye Aratmayacak | Fried Chicken with Cornflakes

Malzemeler:
- 2 Kilo tavuk gogsu

Sosu icin malzemeler:
- 1 Bardak un
- 1 Bardak sut
- 2 Yumurta
- 2-3 Dis Sarmisak
- Tuz
- Koru
- Pulbiber
- Kimyon
- Kirmizi toz biber
- 2 Yemek kasigi sivi yag

Disi icin malzemeler:
- 1 Paket misir gevregi (Kizartmak icin istege gore kizartmak icin sivi yagi)

Tavuk Yapilisi:
Tavuklarimizi istediginiz sekilde dogruyorsunuz.

Sos Yapilisi:
Butun malzemeleri bir kapta sos haline getiriyoruz ve tavuklarimizi icine alip iyice marine ediyoruz.

Marine islemi icin 3-4 saat dinlendirilebilir. (Zamaniniz yoksa dinlendirmeden olabilir)

Elimde ufaladigim misir gevregine buluyorum ve tepsimize diziyorum. 200 derece firinda kizaran kadar pisiriyorum. Firininiza gore yaklasik yarin saat sure ile.

Materials:

- 2 eggs

Chicken Production:

Sauce Composition:
We mix all the ingredients in a bowl and marinate them well.

It can be rested for 3-4 hours for the marinade process. (If you don't have time, it can be without resting)

I find the corn flakes I have crumbled in my hand and stack it on our tray. I cook it in the oven at 200 degrees until it is fried. For about half an hour, depending on your oven.
