so in this video: after the party, Ivan sends ander a link to a video of patrick on some website for gRowN uPs, saying that ander can't be with him. Ander is not bothered by it. The next morning, Ivan again starts pointing this out (00:16) to Ander and also later that day at the restaurant, when Ander is finally done with him (the beginning of the video and this moment 00:26). Patrick goes on a date with Ander to make Ivan jealous, and this is where Ander tells Patrick Ivan's true intentions.
(Patrick is also convinced that Ander is in love with Ivan)

Just for the context: Ivan and Ander are childhood friends, Ander likes Pat, Ivan knowing that still approaches patrick, being only interested in sex and telling ander that Patrick's gonna break his heart.
