The Delhi Police Constable selection process includes the following stages

Written Examination
The written exam is the first stage of the selection process. It's a computer-based test that includes questions on Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical Ability, and Computer Knowledge.

Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT)
Candidates who pass the written exam move on to the PE&MT stage. This test assesses their physical fitness and capability to perform the duties of a police constable.

Document Verification
After PE&MT, candidates need to undergo document verification, where their identity and qualifications are verified.

Medical Examination
The final stage is a medical examination, where candidates' physical and mental health is checked.

Selection Process
The selection process is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) and includes the above-mentioned stages ⁷. The SSC is expected to formally announce the notification for the recruitment of Constables (Executive) under the Delhi Police by the end of 2024 ⁸.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Delhi Police Constable post, candidates must be citizens of India, between 18 to 25 years old, and have a minimum educational qualification of Class 12 pass ². The Delhi Police Constable Age Limit is between 18 to 25 years. However, age relaxations are applicable for reserved category candidates ².
