This session focuses on the reasons why most people is not getting the best results our of the Generative AI models and how to overcome them.

The first issue is usually the quality of the Prompt and the correct usage of the System and User roles.
We will see how the prompt can lead to the phenomenon of the hallucinations, why they happen, and how to avoid them by using the correct prompt and tuning the prompt parameters.
We will then move on to the Embeddings and how we can use them to implement the Semantic Search which is the most important step to implement the Retrieval Augmented Generation, used to chat with your own private documents.
