Good morning! Once again we’re here at the Kosherfest (http://www.kosherfest.com/), one of the craziest shows-as I’ve said before-for people that are looking for solutions for the foodservice industry. You can see the R2 bags. And you’re going to see in a minute. It’s going to do dicing, shredding, slicing. The most high-end powerful machine cuts very quickly, so you’re saving on time and labor. You can do your slicing, dicing, julienne. You can do potatoes for kugel. In here we diced some tomatoes and cucumber, which are great for an Israeli salad. Over here, we’re gonna put some carrots in and we’re going to do a shred on the carrots. As you can see… In seconds. Look how quickly that works! You’re going to get a large, processed amount of food.

Once again, you can do the cubing. You can do the grating, shredding. We also have pulping for potato. So 32 different processing plates you can run through here, change all the sizes, adjust all the sizes. You can also you a bowl system if you want to do purees.
