When you are starting off in a new field, it's natural to try a few additions and tweaks to test out and see if they are a worthwhile addition or not. There is *no shame in adding channel rules even if they are severely pointless* (even though you can just block comments with keywords and stuff)

But the stuff these kids put in their channel rules are pretty dumb. Like actually- it's REALLY dumb. From displaying country flags as disorders to asking viewers to say certain terrible words or else they will be blocked, it gets a bit **offensive** (he described the situation as he did in the video title, oh my god that is so brilliant!!!)
