The situation of YSRCP in Andhra Pradesh has become unbearable. Party chief Jagan Mohan Reddy is largely confined to palaces in Bangalore and Tadepalli, holding press meets but failing to connect with the people.

Adding to the crisis, Botsa Satyanarayana, senior YSRCP leader and opposition leader in the AP Council, has embarrassed the party with his recent speech. While criticizing the Telugu Desam Alliance government’s labor law reforms, Botsa claimed workers would be forced to work 12 hours a day.

👉 In reality, the new labor reforms by the TDP-led coalition maintain the 48-hour work week, offering flexibility and overtime benefits — a move seen as pro-worker.
👉 Botsa’s misguided criticism turned into a laughing matter for ruling party members and created frustration within YSRCP ranks.

📌 Analysts say YSRCP has lost direction and credibility, with leaders’ speeches now weakening the party more than strengthening it.
