The banjo head sat on a Vega Tubaphone ring for the last 30-35 years. Stew Jamison made Pete's non-tip fiberglass bridge, -"a million years ago." Vega standard size at 10-15/16".
Neck: Seeger built out of solid Lignum Vitae. It is......durable and,........substantial!
The CD "Pete At 89", from Appleseedmusic.com, bears this banjo head for the CD logo.

Paraguay...that's what was missing!

After discussing what to do with the money, it is Pete's wishes that:
The money raised will assist Nobel laureate 2004, Wangari Maathai, to uplift Haiti's social and economic development so it will eventually have self sustaining stability.
She is best known for empowering women, planting trees, and uplifting Kenya through her environmentalism and political activism.
