I get asked to recommend face oils. Though I am not a fan of facial oils, I prefer using a good moisturiser instead, but people seem to love using oils especially at night.

❓Are all oils the same?
No

❓Are all oils good for skin?
Nope. Some can actually irritate the skin and make skin more sensitive to effects of sun as well as worsen dark spots.

If you have sensitive skin or skin prone to develop dark spots then it maybe worthwhile to read the ingredient list and avoid certain oils.

Here is a list for easy reference :

✔️Hemp
✔️ARgan
✔️sea Buckthorn
✔️almond
✔️jojoba

❌Bad oils:
▪️lavender
▪️eucalyptus
▪️lemon
▪️peppermint
▪️Orange
▪️Bergamot seed oil
▪️cinnamon bark
▪️clove
