Using TMNF to TAS new cuts on TM² Stadium E04

After seeing a TAS on TM2 of this map with 2 cuts, I got inspired to re-examine some cut ideas I had.

since I didn't have access to the TM2 TAS tool, I had to rebuild the map in TMNF (which included a lot of TMinfinity trickery to keep clips in the map and also scale up the grounded CPs so you can drive under them like you can in TM2).

Although maybe I should be glad I used the TMNF TAS tool, as it appears to be far more powerful (especially with the better bruteforcing and existence of savestates).

The 4th cut seems RTA-viable, especially since the TAS gets over a full second of timesave from it.
