Another little hidden gem, that one can find off the beaten track, in Isaan, North East Thailand, is Sakon Nakhon's Small Beer Bar Complex.

It opens early evening and oozes a fun, relaxed vibe.

We settled in for a few beers, followed by some shots, as well as a mix of tasty, ready to share cuisine.

The epitome of a true local, casual dining and drinking experience and yes indeed, I will be back ,,,
