How I got 4th Place in NAW Solo Cash Cup (High Ping)

After a full day of grinding, I still wanted to give NA West Solo Cash Cup a chance, despite having to play with 160 ping. There was a neat little trick that turned out to be a very consistent way to place high in almost every match, so much that it became my win condition. This is how I used that trick to place high enough to get earnings on NAW as an EU player.
